The Adare Golf Club is an 18 hole championship golf course which opened in 1995 and is set on the 840 acre estate of Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort in Co. Limerick, Ireland. This was the last major golf course designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, Senior. This majestic design has gained international acclaim as one of his finest creations.

Host to the Irish Open 2007 and 2008.

A mature and challenging course winds it’s way from the ruins of the Desmond Castle (c1200), which forms a magnificent backdrop to the 1st green, through tree lines fairways to the ruins of the Franciscan Abbey (c1464) at the top end of the course.
Mature majestic trees abound and demand accuracy on approaches to many greens. It will prove a challenge to the most seasoned of golfers. The club is renowned for it’s hospitality and visitors will find their experience of the course and the clubhouse a most memorable one.
