Just 30 mins south of Dublin set in the breathtaking surroundings of one of the finest estates in Europe, Powerscourt Golf Club is one of the Country's premier golfing centres.

Opened in 1996 we already lay claim to two of the finest championship courses anywhere in Ireland which despite their proximity to each other, pose remarkably different challenges for any golfer.

This new course was designed be David Mclay Kidd whose portfolio includes the acclaimed Bandon Dunes in Oregan. Like the East the West offers a variety of challenging holes presenting a fresh perspective on the stunning scenery of the Powerscourt Estate. “My intention was to create a challenging course but to do so in a fashion that allowed the occasional golfer to have fun without being beaten up. The fairways have quite a bit of width and the greens are a little larger than usual".
