A meeting in 1918 marked the formal beginning of golf in Enniscrone and though like so many links, it has been extended, modified and improved, it quickly built up justifiable popularity. Enniscrone is one of Ireland's finest links golf courses set in scenic splendour in Killala Bay.

Sandy Hill Links Golf Club

This course, opened in June 2003, is set to become one of the most famous golf courses in Ireland. Each hole is spectacular and the views across the Old Tom Morris course to the ocean will salve all the wounds inflicted by this incredible golf course.
