GreenGolfBall Celebrates 23 Years and the Bright Future of Irish Golf

As April came to a close, GreenGolfBall commemorated its 23-year legacy by organising a wonderful day at Seapoint Golf Links. Almost 30 of our worldwide associates joined us on an exceptionally sunny spring day to enjoy coffee, discussion, lunch, golf, and a little post-play hospitality.

This milestone is not just a reflection of longevity but also a significant impact.  With the Irish Golf Industry reporting a record-breaking 2023 — welcoming around 250,000 visitors and generating nearly €500 million in revenue, the outlook for the future is very positive. Looking ahead, the excitement builds with major events like the British Open in 2025 and the Ryder Cup in 2027 poised to further spotlight Irish golf.

Throughout these years, GreenGolfBall has proudly offered global visitors more than just a game of golf; it has provided a gateway to Ireland's heart and soul through its breathtaking courses. The commitment to creating outstanding experiences remains undiminished, echoing the passion and dedication that marked the company's inception.

The celebration included a symbolic gathering of 24 golfers with representation from Scandinavia, Austria, the UK, America along with Ireland.  This event was more than just a celebratory game; it was a forward-looking discussion about the future of Irish golf and GreenGolfBall's role in introducing more enthusiasts from around the globe to the magnificence of Irish golf and hospitality.

As Irish golf continues to garner acclaim, we are dedicated not only to introducing the most iconic courses on the Emerald Isle to our clients but also to developing interest in and support for the less established hidden gems. GreenGolfBall’s goal is to ensure that every visitor experiences the pure essence of true Irish golf.

At GreenGolfBall, our mission also extends beyond showcasing Ireland's iconic courses. With over two decades of experience, and a positive outlook for golf tourism in Ireland, we’re not only excited about the future but also committed to making a positive impact through our support of two charities, Sports Across Ireland and Sports Chaplaincy Ireland.

Here's to the past 23 years of unforgettable journeys and to the many more that lie ahead in our quest to bring the best of Irish golf to the world.
