GreenGolfBall Terms, Pricing & Cancellation Policy

1. Prices

All prices quoted by GreenGolfBall, unless clearly stated otherwise, are in EURO (€).

All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Prices are quoted per person, based on either twin/double or single occupancy.

All payments must be made in EURO (€) unless otherwise stated.

2. Accuracy of Information

Green Golf Ball takes every care to ensure that all published information and prices are accurate. However, should we identify an error or omission after publication, we will notify you before confirming your booking, and the corrected information will form part of your contract.

If an error is discovered after your booking has been made, we will make every reasonable effort to advise you as soon as possible and before your travel date.

3. Deposit & Payment Schedule

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days prior to travel.

For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

A booking is not considered confirmed until:

- The required deposit (or full payment, where applicable) has cleared, and

- A booking reference and written confirmation have been issued by Green Golf Ball, and

- A signed copy of these Terms & Conditions has been returned to us by email or post.

If the listed golf courses or suitable accommodation cannot be secured, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

4. Payment Methods

Payments may be made by:

- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

- Debit Card (Maestro, Electron, etc.)

- Bank Transfer (must be paid in EURO)

A 3% processing fee applies to all card and PayPal payments. This fee is charged by the payment processor (not by GreenGolfBall) and will be clearly explained before payment is taken.

For bank transfers, all payments must be made in EURO, and the client is responsible for any bank charges incurred.

5. Payment Currency

All payments are processed in EURO (€) unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Booking Confirmation

Once payment is received, Green Golf Ball will issue a written booking confirmation by email. This will clearly state:

- Your booking details

- The outstanding balance (if any)

- The date the balance is due

Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect or incomplete.

Green Golf Ball reserves the right to correct errors or make changes, even after a booking has been confirmed.

7. Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or letter to Green Golf Ball. The following cancellation charges apply:

- From time of booking up to 12 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit only

- From 84 days to 22 days before arrival: Loss of deposit plus 50% of the total tour price

- Less than 21 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price

These charges reflect costs already committed to suppliers on your behalf.

8. Changes & Amendments

Any changes or amendments to a booking are subject to availability and must be submitted in writing by email. An amendment is only considered accepted once confirmed in writing by Green Golf Ball.

Amendments include (but are not limited to):

- Number of travellers

- Names of travellers

- Tour dates

- Tee times, courses, accommodation, or itinerary details

The first amendment is free of charge.

Each subsequent amendment will incur a €100 administration fee.

All tours will be re-priced at the time of amendment, which may result in a price increase or decrease.

Changes requested within 56 days of travel are subject to approval by Green Golf Ball and may not always be possible.

All amendments are strictly subject to availability. If an amendment cannot be made due to non-availability, no refund will be due.
