Dunbar Golf Club occupies a narrow ribbon of linksland between the old red sandstone walls and the shoreline of the Firth of Forth. Established in 1856, the course follows the coast for much of the round, providing uninterrupted sea views and a strong sense of traditional East Lothian golf.

Its firm turf, well-placed bunkers and exposed fairways call for precise ball striking and the ability to adapt to the wind. The routing makes excellent use of the natural landscape, with the sea remaining a constant presence throughout. Historic, scenic and full of character, Dunbar offers an engaging links experience from the opening drive to the final putt.
