The King’s Course at Gleneagles sweeps across the rolling Perthshire countryside beneath the Ochil Hills. Opened in 1919, it is framed by heather, mature woodland and wide views over the surrounding landscape, creating a wonderfully peaceful setting for inland Scottish golf.
Strong elevation changes, natural ridges and cleverly placed bunkers call for sound judgement and confident ball striking. The course moves gracefully through the estate, offering constant variety without losing its traditional character. Beautifully maintained and rich in history, the King’s remains one of Gleneagles’ most distinguished golfing experiences.
