Kilspindie Golf Club sits beside the historic village of Aberlady, where the course hugs the shoreline of the Firth of Forth. Established in 1867, it occupies a wonderfully peaceful setting, with views across the water towards Edinburgh, the Fife coast and the surrounding East Lothian landscape.
Though modest in length, Kilspindie is rich in variety and requires careful placement from the tee. Rocky beaches, stone walls and the sea itself shape several memorable holes, while compact putting surfaces place extra pressure on approach shots. Friendly, scenic and full of traditional charm, Kilspindie offers an intimate links experience that remains one of the region’s hidden gems.
