Moray Golf Club’s Old Course begins and ends in the coastal town of Lossiemouth, following a traditional out-and-back routing beside the Moray Firth. Laid out by Old Tom Morris, the course crosses firm, fast-running linksland where the sea breeze has a strong influence on play.

Dense gorse and deep revetted bunkers punish shots that stray from the intended line, while the natural ground encourages golfers to use slopes and running approaches. The long 18th climbs steadily towards the clubhouse, creating a stirring conclusion and a natural vantage point from which returning groups can be watched.
